YOGA CLASSES

There are also several shorter videos when you have limited time.

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is ideal for developing strength and flexibility. It involves holding the poses just long enough to get familiar, before flowing to the next. In this class, I will assume that you are already familiar with Downward Facing Dog & Plank pose. See my short videos for more details.

What to bring: Bring a mat. If you have them, bring a blanket, a strap and 2 blocks, but not necessary.

Yin Inspired Hatha

Yin Inspired Hatha is a gentler class, combining some of the strength of Hatha with the slower pace of Yin Yoga. This class is designed to encourage flexibility, while including strength and balance.

What to bring: Bring a mat. If you have them, bring a blanket, a strap and 2 blocks, but not necessary.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (poses) that are held for longer periods of time. It targets the connective tissues, designed to encourage flexibility. Although Yin is a slower practice than Hatha Yoga, it can be deceptively challenging. Some of the poses may be relaxing, while others will be challenging.

What to bring: Bring a mat, a blanket, a bolster, a strap and 2 blocks. Soft lighting with some candles adds a calming touch for this practice.
